Duties and Responsibilities

•In partnership with the HR centres of expertise and Business Partners, leads HR planning across HOOPP to flawlessly deliver complementary programs in Rewards, Learning, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
•Leads HR efforts, in collaboration with HR team leaders and I.T. partners, in articulating an HR Systems strategy aligned with and contributing to HR’s mission and strategic business goals.
•Oversees all HR systems ensuring these meet operating parameters including up-time, completeness, connectivity, usability, data integrity, and security.
•Manages team responsible for HR data entry, reporting, analytics, and 3rd party HR systems applications relationships.
•Manages the overall HR calendar, HR leadership meetings, and planning cycle.
•Is accountable for delivery of all HR systems and reporting related initiatives.
•Prepares and may present Org-wide, Executive Team, Board Committee and Board level analysis, reports, and communications derived from HR data for candidates and employees.
•Acts as the point person responsible for HR internal and any specific audit related to HR information and activities.

Key Success Measures

•HR has an integrated systems architecture adhering to our design parameters: a) social b) off-the-shelf c) secure d) fully functioning e) aligned with HR and client Business needs f) current
•All consumers of HR data analytics provide qualitative feedback validating their needs are fully met in terms of quality, timeliness, completeness, usability, and value
•Stakeholder (HR and the Business) feedback on delivery of programs, communications, and systems delivery
•Employees on the HR Business Systems, and Business Intelligence & Communications team as well as colleagues in HR and other partners (especially I.T.) provide qualitative feedback validating their needs are met in terms of supportive leadership, effective partnering, and mutually respectful and value-adding relationships
•All HR systems, data analytics, and reporting initiatives are successfully completed, on time, and on budget, in accordance with project/initiative specifications, and bugs and unplanned for systems and/or other related asks are being logged, followed up on, and effectively managed to completion
•All HR data capture and reporting audits are clean with no major findings

Qualifications and Skills 

•You are currently performing a similar function in an organization with an enviable integrated, social, and highly valued HR infrastructure where you are the visionary behind this
•You are well-versed in HR technology offerings in ATS, LMS, HRIS, Data Analytics, and Reporting and are a social user comfortable with and knowledgeable on: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter
•You possess proven project management skills and a track record of delivering on and completing objectives on time and within budget;
•Your business writing skills are flawless, and you excel at Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
•Your team, peers, and clients are your strongest references and would work with you again, gladly;
•You are accurate, numerically literate, and analytical
•You are an invigorating communicator, passionate, poised, and articulate, and are comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels of an organization up to and including the Board
•You have a creative mind, are a strategic thinker, but deliver significant results that align with and contribute to agreed-to HR and business objectives
•You have a proven ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•You demonstrate effective client relationship management skills, have a natural orientation towards high customer service, and collaborate openly with colleagues
•You are a team player; you make others around you better; and you act with integrity and keep confidences at all times
•You are a Self-starter, able to undertake duties with minimal supervision;
•You treat human relations issues with sensitivity & diplomacy
