The Recruiter role involves helping CityBlast hire top sales talent for our ongoing company expansion.
- Outreach via LinkedIN, managing online job postings
- Screen and conduct in-person interviews
- Make hire recommendations for final consideration
- Develop CityBlast's hiring strategy to grow our North American team
- Onboard new hires, assist with benefit enrolment, offer letters, new hire and payroll forms
Education, Skills & Attributes Required
- Experience hiring sales employees an asset
- Professional Designation and/or Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management an asset
- English Literacy
- 2-3+ Years Experience – Full cycle recruitment
- Exceptional Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Experience with Employment Standards
