Carefor Health & Community Services is a local, not for profit, charitable organization that provides a variety of health care and community services for clients and caregivers at all stages of life.

We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor, reporting to the Director, Human Resources and working collaboratively with the Director, Operations and Programs, Pembroke-Renfrew County.

As Human Resources Advisor, you will provide guidance and advice in areas such as employee and labour relations, job evaluation, attendance management, performance management, recruitment and selection and team effectiveness. You will proactively work with clients to promote and implement best practices in human resources management.

As an ideal candidate, you are energetic, positive, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This position will suit a candidate that has completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with three or more years of related experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Experience in a health care or community care setting would be an asset.
