Founded in 1991, Contract Pharmaceuticals Ltd (CPL) now has over 400 employees producing out-sourced non-sterile liquids and semi-solids for 15 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies. With two modern facilities housing leading-edge labs, manufacturing, warehousing, and administration, CPL is focused on growth, product development, and potentially transformational proprietary products. You have a university degree (preferably advanced) and progressive leadership experience in a highly regulated, multi-site, sophisticated manufacturing environment. Advance performance optimization – accountability, optimal quality standards, performance excellence, and high employee morale – by implementing best practice evaluation and metrics, compensation & benefits, professional development, team building, and talent development across all functions.

You are a trusted strategic adviser - and culture champion – flexible as needed, but focused on building a culture of service and high standards. CPL knows that investing in an employee-focused culture – open, encouraging, and constructive – will build a more productive workplace. And that’s where you come in.
