Human Resources Coordinator
We are a leader in the technology industry and we are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team.
Travel is required in this role for audit purposes for up to 2 weeks at a time to USA and Asia.
In this role, you will provide support through the administration of the day-to-day operations as it relates to recruitment, HRIS administration, leaves, benefits and compensation. You will be responsible for accurate data entry and retrieval when responding to queries from members of the HR team and internal clients. You are highly organized, able to succeed in a fast paced environment, and are eager to engage with new challenges every single day. You also have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, are able to work independently and as a team member and are able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
1-3 years of administrative experience
Knowledge of HR functions and practices
CHRP designation would be considered an asset
Knowledge of relevant government legislation
Results oriented, self-starter, and ability to work independently and in a team
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent record keeping and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee, pay and benefit information
