About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity in our Total Rewards team for a detail-oriented, customer focused HR professional with a drive for excellence to join our London team!

Your duties will also include:

  • Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to maintain relevant information that aid in the development of reports

  • Responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time and according to company policies and applicable government legislation

  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and problem resolution

  • Collaborate with payroll provider on a daily basis to ensure the accurate transfer of payroll data

  • Perform audit checklist procedures before and after payroll runs to ensure payroll accuracy

  • Prepare and analyze salary offer proposals for internal employees and external candidates

  • Prepare contractor new hire compensation proposals and yearly renewals

  • Support the participation and analysis of yearly compensation budgeting surveys

  • Provide support with various audit requests

  • Track and consolidate overtime and absenteeism data for reporting to management

  • Prepare, develop and assist with ad hoc reports, presentations and projects as a member of Total Rewards Team

  • Collaborate with members of the Human Resources and Communication team to help identify and create tracking for key metrics

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business or HR discipline

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years varied HR experience

  • Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy

  • Customer service focused with a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong, agile team player capable of performing in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Intermediate or better MS Office skills, including MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Human Resource Professional designation (CHRP or CHRL)

  • HRIS experience

  • Experience with an automated timekeeping system

  • Experience with MS Access (database design and maintenance)
