The Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that we hire the best possible talent. The successful candidate will identify and establish sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment and selection process including: planning, on-line sourcing and networking, screening, evaluating, selecting strong candidates, interviewing, recruitment tracking and on boarding of all new employees. You will execute creative sourcing strategies to build a candidate and talent pipeline and proactively partner with Hiring Managers to successfully meet their hiring needs and deadlines. You will also be providing expert advice on best practices on interviewing and selection techniques and assisting in Human Resources projects.
You will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in Sales recruitment, preferably in a Corporate high-tech company or agency setting. You will have a degree in HR, Business or a related field. You will demonstrate strong sourcing and online social media recruitment skills and have a solid background in behavioural based interviewing assessment techniques. You will demonstrate the ability to recruit for a high volume of sales roles for all branches across Canada. You will have excellent communication, presentation, organizational and prioritizing skills. A highly motivated individual who is customer focused, adaptable, results driven and able to manage strong relationships in a fast paced environment will be very successful. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not required.
