Job Duties-Human Resources Manager

Promote positive values and the company's mission and objectives

Maintain work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions

Train managers and supervisors on employee appraisals

Assess training needs

Provide ongoing HR metrics

Hear and resolve employee relations matter

Maintain employee benefits programs

Prepare, update and recommend HR policies and procedures

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Onboard new employees to improve employee engagement

Apply HR best practises

Act as point of contact and build influential relationships internally and externally

Promote a positive company reputation

Assist in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating human resources strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address the organization's human resource requirements

Requirements- Human Resources Manager

Proven work experience recruiting for manufacturing roles

People oriented and results driven

Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Experience in payroll is an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong team player

Strong knowledge of Employment Standards Act

At least 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role or similar role

Skilled in developing and coaching others

Maintain professional and technical knowledge
