KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brings a Business Ownership and Professional Mindset to Arlington: The Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will work closely with and support the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Senior Client Partners, Assessment, Senior Consultants and all practice area team members. In a nimble team-oriented environment, the Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will willingly roll up their sleeves and do whatever is necessary to ensure Arlington’s overall success and the successful completion of complex Search and Talent Management assignments.

This role will include regular interface with some of the highest profile Board and Senior Executives in North America. As often the first point of contact for candidates and clients, the Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will reflect the enthusiastic, warm and professional practice team within Arlington. Likewise, her/his communication and working style will also match and reflect the engaging nature of the entire practice area team we work with and the clients we so proudly represent.

Board, CEO and Senior Executive Search, Talent Management and Business Development Support: The Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will provide support to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Arlington team members and will assist on projects in a variety of industry sectors, including legal, financial and professional services, media and entertainment, technology and innovation, retail and consumer packaged goods, food services, healthcare, academia, and a wide range of non-profit associations, organizations and foundations.

She/he will be responsible for conducting industry and company specific research and identifying executives and Board members within targeted companies in support of each Board, CEO, Legal and Senior Executive search project. The Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will also research key and current corporate and organizational history and senior executive and board backgrounds as well as media and/or corporate updates as a key part of RFP proposal development and delivery. Client facing, she/he will attend client meetings. She/he will be responsible for the initial drafting and preparation of all Arlington client deliverables, including messaging content for postings and advertisements, crafting position profiles and all candidate summary documents. The Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will manage email communication daily, ensuring all search and business development communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner and all appropriate materials are effectively captured in Arlington’s contact management system.

She/he will be responsible for providing production, coordination and day-to-day search project support to the Arlington team, including scheduling, operational support, creating, proofing, editing and production of all search documents, including client status updates, search reports and confidential candidate materials. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that the database of clients and candidates remains current daily and keeping meticulous record of all communication from clients and candidates in contact management system.

She/he will have a strong work ethic and an ability to provide best-in-class client and customer service. She/he will be savvy with current social media and Internet research tools and possess strong written and oral communication skills.

She/he will be a highly organized and adaptable individual with exceptional administrative, research, writing and project management skills and an ability to work with individuals at all levels and able to balance and prioritize competing work and time constraints. Diligent and focused, the new Arlington Project Coordinator, Researcher and Consultant will work within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment as a proactive team player while efficiently managing multiple projects, priorities and client, candidate and Arlington expectations.

Detail oriented and technology savvy, he/she brings experience in preparing and proofing documents, reports and materials for clients, and does so accurately and error free; with a high-level proficiency in the familiarity and use of PC based information technology tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. He/she should be skilled with Apple and database operating systems.
