Bridge Legal & HR Solutions is a law firm that provides services in workplace investigations, employment law, and HR consulting. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR Generalist to join our team. This position is well-suited for an energetic self-starter who has an entrepreneurial spirit.
The ideal candidate will be a certified HR professional and have at least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist in senior roles. They bring a broad range of experience in strategic HR and have had exposure to all aspects of HR management including employee relations, employee programs, talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, conflict resolution and more. Union experience would be beneficial.
This role will require the candidate to work independently as well as in a team environment. The candidate must demonstrate strength in developing, building, and maintaining client relationships and have strong knowledge of applicable provincial and federal employment laws.
