HR Manager

Reporting to the President, you will responsible for the performance of various HR related duties including but not limited to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Cultural Awareness, Performance Management, Recruiting, Staffing, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits and Legislative Compliance all aimed to ensure Employee Attraction and Retention as well as meeting the continued growth and profitability objectives of the Company.  

The ideal candidates will be fluently bilingual (French and English), have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.  CHRP designation is preferred and considered an asset.  As the lead HR specialist in the firm, you will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, confidentiality protocols, HR Practices, benefit programs, Employee Standards Code, and the Personal Information Protections Act.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and presentation skills, is energetic and caring, able to work under pressure, and has the ability to take initiative and bring fresh ideas to help the Company attract and retain talent.
