As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of specific training programs to support companywide goals and initiatives. Your specific responsibilities will include: designing training, delivery and scheduling, conducting training for new or existing employees, promoting and supporting the in-house career development programs, monitoring completion of programs, and measuring results.
The successful individual will be a team player who presents a professional image, and is committed to continuing professional development or education. Training and public speaking experience are required. The incumbent must have a post-secondary education with a focus in Human Resources/Training and Development.
