Parker Hannifin Canada has an exciting opportunity at our Milton, Ontario Head Office as a HR Manager, reporting to the Division HR Manager. You will be responsible for supporting all key HR areas including employee relations, organizational capability and performance (talent acquisition, talent management, and training and development), compensation, policy and procedure development and coaching with employees and managers. This is a hands on role working with all levels of the organization.
Your progressive background includes the following:
- Bachelor's degree (BComm/BBA preferred) with a post graduate certificate in HR
- CHRP, CHRL designation preferred
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 7 – 10 years of increasing responsibility and related experience in varied industry experiences.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering preferred
