We are searching for communicative, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidates who are proactive and passionate about HR management, policies and programs. This newly-created position is the latest complement to our vibrant roster of committed and extraordinary team members.

The HR Manager’s role is instrumental in providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture and will support the recruitment and ongoing development of a cohesive workforce. The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring a strategic direction for HR programs within YESAB, developing and implementing HR policies and programs consistent with the strategy and assessing their effectiveness. The HR Manager provides technical assistance to the YESAB management team, interprets and ensures compliance with HR policy and guidelines and applicable federal and territorial legislation.
