Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and working in a matrix team environment, the incumbent, as a strategic partner to our College clients, implements and administers Human Resources best practices relevant to client group organizational goals in College recruitment and selection, employment services, HRMS data maintenance, salary and benefits administration, employee relations, disability management and other related human resources functions for administrative, academic and support groups. Participates in the ongoing review and improvement of leading practices, processes and procedures. Provides guidance, information and training for managers and staff as required. Provides a range of strategic, advanced, confidential and professional human resources services, responds to inquiries, prepares a variety of lists and reports, responds to surveys, ensures sound advice and ensures compliance with Collective Agreements and legislation. Participates in human resources projects and initiatives.The ideal candidate who joins our team will have demonstrated particular interest and strengths with HRMS systems and pay and benefits administration.
