Wurth Canada is continually growing and has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist for our head office in Guelph, Ontario. 

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Human Resources & People Development, you will be an integral part of the HR team within Wurth Canada.

You will be responsible for:

Performance Management Program

Support and advise people leaders on all HR related topics

Assist people leaders in employee terminations according to company policy and process 

Development and implementation of policies and procedures

Support the administration of the absenteeism and disability management program.

Conduct learning needs analysis and confer with people leaders to determine training program requirements and assist with the delivery of these programs

Administer and roll out the employee engagement survey

Assist with the preparation of HR metrics reporting and analysis

Provide assistance and support in all other areas of HR as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Bilingual French & English (spoken and written) would be an asset

3+ years of experience as HR Generalist

Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills

Skilled in managing multiple priorities 

Ability to travel occasionally and work outside normal business hours

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Bachelor degree or certificate in Human Resources Management.

CHRP/CHRL designation considered an asset.
