HR & Operations Coordinator

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating operational, HR and logistical aspects of VPRI, ORS, ORE including: administration, financial, communication and events coordination, space, facilities and ORU governance processes.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

An Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent such as a combination of undergrad and post graduate diploma in HR. Formal Credential Requirements: First Aid Certificate and CPR Training. In addition, you will bring 2-3 years administrative, HR and event planning experience within an academic or research environment as well as experience in WordPress and social media. Editorial experience, such as proof-reading is considered an asset.
