We seek an energetic, forward thinking, highly organized and focused individual to join our team as Human Resources Manager. This position is new for our organization and entails the building of a solid HR team, the development and implementation of the appropriate HR policies, and ensuring compliance with all pertinent federal and provincial regulations.

We are looking for a true leader, someone who inspires those around them to be at their best, someone who will help instill and reinforce a sense of pride, of excellence and dynamic growth within the work environment. Most significantly, this position is for a self-starting individual who has a firm grasp on current HR best practices, who is adept at mediation and negotiation, who has superior coaching, mentoring and leadership abilities and who is a proven strategic thinker.

The position of Human Resources Manager for CReATe carries with it a great deal of responsibility and is ideal for a person who has previously excelled at various roles with the HR field, preferably with organizations of 100 employees or more, and also preferably within the health care sector. As it will entail the development of an HR department from the ground up, the position of HR Manager requires exceptional communication, leadership, team building, and project management skills, as well as someone who has the demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and enforcement of all corporate policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• University education supported by a professional designation in Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 -7 years in a progressively evolving, complex HR role
• Ability to craft customized training tools
