Job Profile

  • Professional Development (PD) Event Planning and support
  • Maintains spreadsheet for trainings scheduled
  • Prepares cheque requisitions
  • Maintains PD program calendars and book classrooms
  • Assists with set-up of events
  • Creates surveys and maintains feedback results
  • Helps with creating web pages for events
  • Prepares weekly reports
  • Downloads Registration and Revenue Reports
  • Contracts – creating, tracking and filing
  • Ensures funds are properly allocated for Speaker fees and expenses
  • Monitors email boxes and respond to queries
  • Create one-pagers for Regional Program offerings
  • Regional PD offerings set-up
  • Coordinates with volunteers for regional and chapter events
  • Initiates refund requests
  • Assists with preparing name badges for events
  • Arranges for printing of materials by coordinating with speakers and printing company
  • Assists with reconciliation for events
  • Responsible for the administration of all e-learning webinars including promotion, registration and post webinar evaluation
  • Responsible for Digisign updates
  • Registering members/non-members in CRM
  • Assists with Webinar moderating
  • Assists on-site at events as needed
  • Renews & maintains contracts with vendors, monitors against services provided
  • Supports PD panels/committee
  • Backup other members of the PD team as required

Education, certification, designations required:

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
  • CHRP nice to have
