Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate to join our London, ON head office has:

• at least 3 years of hands on small business HR administration,
• a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business related discipline,
• an ability to work across HR disciplines,
• holds their CHRP or related HR certification,
• has experience providing consultative HR advice to business leaders.

The Human Resources Manager provides proactive human resource consulting to our Executive team and our Store Managers for both our London locations and any future locations. Consults in all aspects of human resources including employment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and safety. Relies on judgment and experience.

Key Accountabilities: Ensures the Company’s compliance with laws affecting employment and the company’s vision to be the leader in real life food and fun experiences that THRILL guests and employees. Assists in managing involuntary terminations. Assists in administering discipline. Consults on all compensation plans, including bonus plans and benefits plans. Ensures compliance with the Company’s recruitment and onboarding programs. Works with the Leadership Team to create best practices. Participates in special projects as assigned.
