Human Resources Advisor

We are looking for an HR Advisor to provide a wide range of HR support and advice to
management and employees. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role
in the success of our company by developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and
programs that support our business needs.


Your main responsibilities include all aspects of a recruitment program from strategy to on-
boarding, guiding performance management, discipline and termination processes, structure and
implement training programs, HR records management, identifying HR policy needs and
recommending procedures that ensure compliance with relevant legislation and employment
standards, offering HR advice to employees and managers, and undertaking projects, as needed,
to address organizational needs. Health and Safety will also be the responsibility of the HR
advisor.


The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or equivalent,
CHRP designation preferred, up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and
employment/labour standards, a minimum of two years experience, superior communication and
interpersonal skills, computer literacy, excellent organizational and prioritization skills,
analytical and problem solving abilities, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
