Director of Team Development

The Director of Team Development reports to the Managing Partner and Managing Director of the firm. This position is responsible for the supervision of all day-to-day operations related to the Legal Assistant resource group in our Toronto office.

What you offer:

• University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• CHRP/CHRL designation, or in progress
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a leadership role 
• Law firm HR experience or Professional Services industry
• Sound judgment, diplomacy and ability to interact with all members of the firm
• Ability to build and encourage trust, collaboration, inclusive communication, joint problem solving and conflict resolution
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, document management and time entry billing systems
• Experience with successful HRIS implementation
