As Talent Manager at 6Degrees you will be reporting the to Chief Financial Officer and EVP Operations + Head of Strategy. Located in midtown Toronto, you will work closely with the Finance + Operations team while supporting 6Degrees employees across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on implementing policies that support business goals and needs
- Employee benefits program; participate in annual renewal and negotiation, onboarding, employee questions and manage broker relationship.
- Manage national employee relation issues
- Administration for performance management cycle and initiatives
- Track key HR metrics and generate/present reports
- Payroll processing
- Manage recruitment process across agency, conduct preliminary interviews
- Maintain current job/ role descriptions, along with competency grids for promotion
- Drafting employment and contractor agreements
- Onboarding/ Offboarding of employees
- Conduct and assimilate information from exit interviews
- Implement + Manage HRIS
- Manage internal employee satisfaction survey and analysis of findings
- Assist in development of training, education planning and budget management
- Vacation tracking + calendar
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partner/Benefits role
- HRPA designation, preferred
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment laws, other Provincial Laws ideal
- Experience with HRIS implementation
- Desire to work in creative, collaborative environment
