Position will be located in Coteau-du-Lac. Relocation available.  This position is responsible for providing HR leadership in the delivery of developed strategies in alignment with HR leadership. The job will be focused on leading the execution of human resources strategies, programs and processes developed in the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will require strong collaboration and partnership with the HR Management teams and leaders. This position is responsible for partnering with business leaders and corporate HR groups in support of employee relations, retention, performance development and leadership development strategies to support the company’s high performance culture and business growth needs. This position is responsible for managing the HR Business Partners and HR Associates in the field organization.

  This position will be responsible for….

Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management and staff productivity. Build, manage and lead an appropriate district HR structure in alignment with the direction of corporate HR. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary. Partners with business leaders to ensure execution of developed strategies in the areas of employee relations, retention, performance development, engagement and leadership development Translate and execute business strategy into functional human resources programs, processes and tools of the practice areas. Develops and manages the district budget; ensures compliance and addresses variances and other budget concerns. Oversees the planning, organization and implementation of all HR functions and processes within an assigned district. Drive change management practices to enable organizational effectiveness execute diversity & inclusion strategy to foster culture than will maximize our competitive advantage and skills of the workforce. Ensures compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and policies, procedures, and processes. Manages, conducts, and provides guidance on investigations within the district; provides a thorough and accurate investigative report with appropriate recommendation(s) for corrective action. Conducts meetings with the appropriate personnel to address any HR issues or concerns; encourages feedback and develops action plan if needed. Analyzes district HR metrics and provides creative solutions and action plans as necessary to ensure satisfactory results. Collaborates with management to promote effective employee relations; assists with developing action plan if needed. Oversee the hiring process within assigned district; assists management with the employee selection process. Monitors and administers HR-related programs and processes within the district; communicates results to management and develops action plans when necessary. Partners with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and other corporate HR groups on people strategies to provide program feedback, recommend enhancement opportunities and ensure strategic solution and execution of HR programs and initiatives to Operations. Conducts facility assessments to ensure facilities are in compliance with policies and procedures. Oversees, conducts, and is responsible for district HR training compliance. Serves as a knowledge resource to the assigned district. Acts as coach and mentor to leaders and HR professionals.

Education/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10 years of relevant experience. Previous leadership experience required Previous automated timekeeping experience; ADP Enterprise and eTime experience preferred. Excellent coaching, counseling and negotiations skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service driven.
