Workplace / Regulatory Investigator
Our clients deal with complex issues requiring unique and flexible responses upon which they can rely. Reporting to the Manager of Investigations, the successful candidate will be required to consistently apply the appropriate principles of investigation, administrative fairness and applicable legislation in order to carry out the following:
- consultation with clients and with senior staff of our client organizations
- creation of investigation plans for all cases
- correspondence with clients and others to request information
- conducting interviews with complainants, respondents and witnesses
- generation of reports which meet our high standards and those of our clients
- working closely with legal counsel to assist them where necessary
- testifying at hearings or in Court as required
- travel within the Province of Ontario
You’ll know you’re a qualified candidate for this role if you have completed post-secondary education (College diploma or University degree) and have excellent communication and analytical skills. Some experience in an investigative role is a huge asset.
