Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing HR programs and related policies and procedures in such areas as performance management, succession management and workforce planning that align with OPL's strategic direction and corporate vision. Also, responsible for providing support with respect to collective agreements and bargaining.
Education & Experience
University degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration or a related degree.
Minimum of 5 years related experience developing, implementing and evaluating Human Resource programs.
Language, Certificates & Licenses
Designated – specific level of language proficiency:
French oral, reading, writing required.
English oral, reading, writing required.
