In this role, you will lead Kindred’s HR and OD team in all aspects of these functions, including payroll and internal communications. You will guide and nurture the ongoing evolution of Kindred’s culture and employer brand, and lead the development and implementation of HR and OD strategies, programs, policies, and practices in support of Kindred’s strategy. You will be a partner to Kindred leaders in building solutions for strategic change initiatives and advise on sensitive and complex HR and OD issues and opportunities.

As an experienced HR and OD leader, you find gratification in supporting and growing a team of professionals to deliver a full range of HR and OD programs and services. Your strong business acumen, aptitude for strategy, proficiency in all areas of HR and OD, and skills in collaborating, facilitating, and communicating make you a trusted advisor, partner, and leader.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • university degree in OB, HR or related field
  • At least 5 years in HR and OD leadership
  • CHRL or higher designation
  • Exceptional people leadership capabilities
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced understanding of: traditional HR functions, OD diagnosis and intervention, individual and organizational learning, organization design, change management, communications, culture development
