The Human Resources Generalist works closely with Managers, employees and members of the Human Resources and Organization Effectiveness team to ensure the agency attracts, hires and trains and develops the best employees to fulfill the vision and mission of Pathways. The Human Resources Generalist provides expertise and support for employee relations, recruitment & orientation, learning & development, disability/wellness case management, & policy and procedures. The Generalist will also provide support in the area of HRIS data integrity and reporting, pension and benefit administration, performance management, accreditation, & payroll administration as required.
