Who you’ll work with

 

As a member of our award-winning People & Culture team, you will be one of two Senior Managers reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition. You will partner closely with our People Advisory partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to support recruitment needs across all functional areas (investments, member services, enterprise operations, IT, finance, corporate affairs, risk) ensuring access to consultative recruitment support and outstanding talent acquisition experience. You will also partner with select external vendors and agency partners to evolve our talent acquisition strategies.

 

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Demonstrate inclusive leadership to support the performance, development and engagement of a team of talented Talent Acquisition Specialists.

     

  • Lead senior recruitment mandates and support talent assessment strategies throughout the recruitment process.

     

  • Continuously assess outcomes and progress on the overall talent acquisition strategies, Recruitment Experience Index and scorecard items.

     

  • Lead and influence the development and day-to-day management of consistent and inclusive enterprise wide recruitment processes and practices and ensures legal compliance; Internal applications, Agency partnerships and Referrals policies.

     

  • Establishes and builds out key relationships with relevant internal and external partners to support talent requirements, opportunities and employment branding efforts.

     

  • Oversees and manages the training and implementation of Workday Recruiting enhancements including Hiring Manager self-service.

     

  • Proactively capture and assess stakeholder feedback to drive an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

     

  • Assess recruiting technology, processes, programs, tools and recommend means to optimally leverage them for quality and timely performance outcomes.

     

  • Monitors, tracks and ensures cost efficiencies are achieved with all recruiting program expenses and provides monthly updates.

     

  • Supports special projects relating to reengineering recruitment efforts.

     

    What you’ll need

     

  • Demonstrated success and expertise leading a recruitment function including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on sourcing for all functional areas and levels in an in-house staffing/recruiting role. Experience with contingent workforce and independent contractors an asset.

     

  • Genuine passion for recruiting and ensuring an inclusive recruitment experience! Experience working in the financial services industry is an asset.

     

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related area of study required. CHRL designation preferred.

     

  • Strong organization, planning and prioritizing skills.

     

  • Uncompromisingly client focused and quality oriented.

     

  • Experience and proficiency using applicant tracking systems (Workday), HRIS, and electronic job board posting and candidate sourcing applications.
