St. Joseph’s Care Group (SJCG) is seeking a Vice President, People, Mission & Values to join our team. THE OPPORTUNITY

The Vice President, People, Mission & Values (VP-PMV) is an integral member of St. Joseph’s Care Group’s executive Leadership Team, and is actively involved in the development and advancement of St. Joseph’s Care Group’s (SJCG) Strategic Plan.  The role is one of leader, negotiator and partner; directing, facilitating and collaborating with internal and external partners to establish and maintain the corporate functions required to meet the needs of SJCG and our clients. 

The VP-PMV has responsibility for ensuring the Mission and Values of SJCG are integrated into all that we do and are demonstrated and upheld by our people, fostering a positive and respectful culture where Care, Compassion and Commitment are the cornerstones of all interactions.  

The ideal candidate will be graduate from a recognized post-secondary business program majoring in Human Resources/Labour Relations, preferably at a Masters level, with proven experience in progressively more responsible management roles, including within an executive team.  You will have significant experience in a leadership capacity in comparable, complex organizations, preferably in the healthcare industry, with demonstrated experience working in a values–based environment.
