Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role will act as a general portfolio manager in one or more core Human Resources (“HR”) disciplines, interfacing with the organizations leadership team to advise, counsel, and provide direction on all HR related matters, translating corporate HR strategies and expectations into operational initiatives and activities.
While leveraging resources within the shared services HR team, this incumbent will act as an HR leader for performance management, recruitment and selection, employee and/or labour relations, policy and procedure development, HR systems, and compensation and reporting. As well, direct client service support for assigned portfolio groups of approximately 260 union employees.
