Advisor, Non-Academic Employee Relations

In this role, in support of the management community, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate interpretation and application of all non-academic collective agreements and employment legislation at the local management level by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with front line management and providing them with expert advice and counsel to ensure compliance and promote positive employee relations. Research, provide summary reports and maintain files and analytical tools on internal grievances, awards and settlements and external decisions and awards for Sr. Advisors and the Director.
