We are hiring for the Human Resources Business Partner positions for various departments. The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing a wide range of strategic and operational HR generalist support to the non-academic functions. The incumbent will contribute and play a key role in the strategic planning process and will provide support by developing strategies to meet current and future human resource requirements and operational requirements. In addition, as the first contact for the provision of HR related issues, the HRBP will provide a range of administrative functions including talent acquisition and development, labour relations support, legislative, policy and collective agreement compliance advice, performance management, health and safety and accommodations. The HRBP is a champion of the University’s priorities of equity diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and student success.
