RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Mississauga, ON

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate, and work closely with the Human Resources Team and Hiring Managers to support talent acquisition (i.e. full cycle recruitment).
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct candidate interviews alongside hiring managers when requested.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders, and liaise regularly with them.
  • Prepare offer letters, employee relations communications, and other documents as requested by the HR Manager.
  • Maintain and champion employee onboarding process, including scheduling, presentation, and ensure appropriate documentation follow-ups are completed.
  • Clearly document, organize, categorize, and file all employee and candidate information/documentation appropriately.
  • Liaise with existing and potential external partners to identify and develop new talent sources and pipelines.
  • Aid in the collection, categorization, and reporting of data related to HR metrics.
  • Assist the Human Resources Initiatives Team with special projects as they arise.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

  • Basic understanding of Canadian employment-related legislation (ESA, OHRC, OHSA, etc.).
  • Post-Secondary degree with a focus in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 1 year experience or familiarity with full-cycle recruitment and selection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Evidence-based decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication, including written, verbal, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; and the ability to multi-task.
  • CHRP designation an asset.
  • Bilingual (English and French) a strong asset.
