The main purpose of this position is to design, develop and implement learning solutions that meet the needs of Bond Brand Loyalty’s clients. This position reports to the Employee Experience Director.

Bond Brand Loyalty offers you the opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging learning solutions for national and international clients in the automotive, financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, retail and hospitality sectors.

 

As our Bilingual Instructional Designer, you will:

  • Design and develop learning solutions in all required delivery formats (instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, videos, webinars, etc.)
  • Create solutions that meet participant’s learning needs and client’s business needs
  • Follow ADDIE model to bring our solutions to life
  • Support Account Directors and Human Experience team members in identifying client business objectives, and developing/recommending appropriate learning strategies
  • Develop effective and collaborative working relationships with clients
  • Conduct research employee experience, work culture, employee attitudes, and learning needs

 

As our Bilingual Instructional Designer, you have:

  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish
  • Ability to assess a client’s needs and recommend an effective learning solution
  • Experience designing and developing learning content for Adult Learners
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt your writing style to the delivery format and/or to address specific audience needs (in both English and Spanish)
  • Commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • The ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and eLearning authoring tools
  • A minimum of 1.5 years designing and developing learning solutions in a range of delivery formats, including instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, etc.
  • A post-secondary degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Journalism, or related field is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and/or the US
