The Vice President, People & Services leads the company’s HR strategy, programs, and initiatives, and supports building a high-performance culture. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President, People & Services is an essential member of Tolko’s executive management team and participates in the development and implementation of Tolko’s strategic corporate planning, ensuring all HR functions align with and add value to the company’s strategic goals. This position is also responsible for overseeing corporate communications, community investment and other centrally managed programs and services. The candidate will work with the Compensation Committee of Tolko’s Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a senior HR leader with a strong business background in a multi-site, cross-border organization, ideally in a growing and evolving environment. Exceptional strategic planning abilities, HR management skills, a passion for supporting teams, fostering diversity, and developing talent, along with the ability to successfully lead transformational change are integral to the role.
