Talent Specialist (Job ID 168383) - $68,738 - $99,046 per year

Our Talent Specialists provide consultation, strategic advice, expertise, and talent sourcing in the coordination and delivery of end-to-end recruitment services for non-executive positions within its portfolio. Support for hiring managers has a strong focus on inclusive hiring practices to achieve the OPS's inclusion and diversity and anti-racism objectives and goals. If you have strong consultation skills and a track record of recruiting top talent, this opportunity is for you!

Talent Assistant (Job ID 168380) - $57,454 - $79,511 per year

The Talent Assistants provide assistance and support in the recruitment process and with special recruitment projects/initiatives, with emphasis on supporting talent specialists and managers in utilizing inclusive hiring practices to reach the OPS's inclusion and diversity and anti-racism objectives. If you have strong organization, time management, and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
