Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, while working as an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will strategically drive our Human Resources Strategy, with a focus on labour, negotiations, health and safety, talent recruitment and retention, planning and implementing strategy to ensure that our Team Members are equipped to meet the needs of our Residents, Families, Team Members and our Stakeholders, both today and in the years to come.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned, innovative leader holding a current Human Resources designation with at least 5 - 10 years of progressive senior level experience in human resources within a complex, unionized environment and an integrated service delivery model. In addition to an impressive professional career, this new leader will possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree, coupled with a Graduate degree in a human resources or business or health administration discipline, with active membership in the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and or Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR).
