Health & Safety Manager

The County of Grey is currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Health & Safety Manager in our Human Resources department.

Your key responsibilities will include development and delivery of the corporate Occupational Health & Safety program and services, ensuring that the County is in compliance with prevailing legislation; planning, research, developing, organizing, coordinating and conducting a wide range of health and safety training programs for the corporation. Develop and conduct Corporate Orientation to new employees and to existing employees who have not received an orientation. Focus on assessing health risk factors and developing health and wellness plans and strategies aimed at promoting individual and organizational well-being. Must possess a genuine PASSION for Health, Safety and Wellness.
