Allied REIT is looking for Manager, Talent (Business Partner) to join our Talent team in Toronto.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Serve as business partner to designated business units to enable the execution of Allied’s strategic objectives through an empowering Talent strategy.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Manage employee relations and serve as trusted advisor in all Talent-related matters.
  • Partner with Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition on recruitment.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs for business units and individual coaching needs.
  • Lead and support the creation, implementation and delivery of company-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Be an ambassador of the company’s culture and values, ensuring the employee experience is consistent with the Allied brand.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Guide and manage activity related to Allied’s compensation, benefits and retirement savings programs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A post-secondary degree or certificate.
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, supporting the needs of a growing organization.
  • Experience leading and delivering tailored HR programs and services that support business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training programs.
  • An assertive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
