Allied REIT is looking for a Bilingual Administrator to join our Talent team in Toronto.

In the role of Administrator, you will support the Talent team with the day-to-day operations of all Talent functions, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HRIS administration and Learning and Development. This, in turn, allows Allied to create a work environment as distinctive as the physical spaces we operate.

What will you do?

  • Support the administration associated with important employee transactions throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Prepares and/or proofs documents, letters, employee communications and internal announcements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to general inquiries on behalf of the Talent team.
  • Manage correspondence with external providers and vendors.
  • Maintain employee records through ADP Workforce Now.
  • Administer background and reference checks and create offers.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes and terminations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation and training.
  • Act as an ambassador of the company’s culture and values and ensure the employee experience is consistent with the Allied brand.

What are we looking for?

  • A post-secondary degree or certificate
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks.    
  • An assertive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
