Boyden Canada, with offices from Vancouver to Montreal, and clients from coast to coast, operates the largest and most well-established Health Care Executive Search Practice, with a particular focus on organizations providing care. A need has arisen in the Toronto office for an Associate to join our team. Working with Partners Jim Stonehouse and Pam Colquhoun and our colleagues in Ottawa, you would be responsible for prospective candidate research, candidate identification and cultivation with a view to ensuring our clients have the very best candidates to consider for senior executive roles.
In the ideal, you possess senior level recruiting experience in health care (acute care, specialty care, home and community care, seniors care, etc.) and have a solid understanding of Ontario’s health care system. Your written and oral communication skills are exemplary, and your familiarity with recruiting technology/data bases is sound. Project management experience is desirable, as may have been acquired with a health care consulting background or equivalent. Above all, you are curious, eager to learn and excel, and have a passion for the broader health care sector.
For additional information, or to apply for this outstanding opportunity, please submit a resume along with a covering letter which sets out your interest in the role to Pamela Colquhoun at pcolquhoun@boyden.com, Jim Stonehouse at jstonehouse@boyden.com, or Sharon Iadipaolo at siadipaolo@boyden.com.
If you are selected for an interview, you can expect a phone call from our Project Lead shortly.
Boyden is an equal-opportunity employer committed to being an accessible workplace that includes preventing, identifying and removing barriers that impede an individual’s ability to work here. Requests for accommodation can be made at any stage of the recruitment process.
