Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Labour Relations, the Total Rewards/ Human Resources (HR) Strategy Officer is responsible for The Royal’s total rewards and recognition programs, which include job evaluation/classification and pay structures, pay equity, wellness employee supports, rewards, recognition, and pension and benefits programs.

The Total Rewards/HR Strategy HR Officer is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs and other human resources/labour relations related strategies.
