Reporting to the Financial Controller and the Director of Human Resources, the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator is a passionate individual supporting the provision of Payroll and HR services to the Leaders and Employees of MaxSold.

In this growth focused role, the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator will:
- Maintain payroll and human resources records by collecting, calculating and entering data.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of payroll and HR experience
- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to meet deadlines
- Comfortable with technology – able to learn to use new programs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong active listening skills, ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport
- Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payroll/HRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
