The Vice President, Human Resources leads the company’s Human Resources strategy, programs and initiatives and supports building a high-performance culture. Reporting to the SVP, Organizational Performance, the VP, HR will be a key player in a broader strategic initiative to centralize many HR and other business, operational and performance processes.  The VP, HR will oversee Learning & Development, HR Advisory Services, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Acquisition, HR Analytics and Corporate Social Responsibility. In leading the department, the VP, HR will enable, inspire and engage the HR team as they focus on key priority areas including creating HR business processes and programs to enable operational excellence in the field (recruitment, training, learning & development), advancing D&I culture change, building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and creating a more data-driven HR function.

The ideal candidate is a progressive and operational Human Resources professional with experience in a complex, multi-site business where they have elevated the people strategy, shaped culture and supported operations. Experience working in matrixed businesses with industrial or retail/wholesale staff is preferred, as is HR expertise that includes compensation, recruitment and L&D. Armed with superior influencing and relationship building skills, the ideal candidate enjoys creating best practices that will provide consistency to and elevate the operations of a highly entrepreneurial business.
