We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. This role is based in our Head Office located in Oakville, Ontario, and reports to the Director, Operations.

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator who will provide a full range of support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth operations of the department. The incumbent is the first point of contact to employee inquiries, and a major support for HR Operations.

Principal Responsibilities
• Serves as a first point of contact for transactional HR Services and processes. Triages as necessary to the appropriate Centers of Excellence.
• Responds to general inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and procedures
• Supports the business with HR Documents (e.g. employment verification letters, general memos/letters, HR Org. Chart etc.)
• Oversees and coordinates the HR calendar of events, managing priorities, bookings. Provides administrative support for HR meetings.
• Enters all New Hire data into Workday.
• Helps to organize and manage the internal company HR Intranet (Share Point).
• Updates internal databases (e.g. Active Directory, Sharepoint, Workday, etc.)
• Coordinates cross border visa processes (prepare letters, coordinating between law firm and employees to fulfil requirements, etc.)
• Assists with the development, tracking, enforcement, and revision of HR policies and procedures
• Works with other members of the HR team to provide reporting support
• French translation support
• Support the HR team with special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
• CHRP designation or pursuit of the designation is an asset
• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience in a large, multi-location organization.
• Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) required
• Experience working with MS Sharepoint and Workday is required
• Excellent technical abilities (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Bilingual (French and English) written and verbal communication skills
