To support this our corporate strategy is driven by enhancing value and service for our customers, while enabling financial stability.

A proven HR leader with broad-based HR experience, the Senior HRBP will build trusted relationships with senior leaders (up to C-suite level) within the organization, partnering with them to drive people strategies that support their divisional business objectives and priorities. They will also partner with other stakeholders inside and outside of HR, including Business Partners supporting on the execution of strategies with front-line leaders. An internal consultant, the successful candidate will apply a strategic lens to design and deliver innovative people-centric solutions in line with ICBC’s corporate culture initiatives. With a focus on strategy execution, the Senior HRBP will be a seasoned HR professional who can strongly influence in a complex environment, using data and insights to build convincing business cases for change.
