Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, this newly created role is both a strategic and hands-on role
that provides full-cycle Human Resources support to Semper Paratus Management Inc. and the Metcalfe
Realty/Fuller Construction group of companies.
This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and
driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

 Succession, Talent Planning and Recruitment
 Performance Management, Training and Development
 Compensation and Benefits
 HR and Corporate Policies, Procedures and Program Implementation
 Change Management
 Employee and Labour Relations
 Health and Safety
 Compliance
 Budgeting

You are committed to continuous assessment and growth and seek collaboration to resolve cross-
functional/team issues. Your broad-based human resource experience and technical skills will be

essential for you to lead awareness and change across our organization. A strong communicator and
natural business partner, you will coordinate with functional teams across the different organisations
and build relationships with our stakeholders.
You bring:
 An undergraduate degree in business, organizational psychology, or related field
 An HR or related professional designation is desirable
 10+ years as an HR specialist and/or generalist, with at least 5 years of managerial experience
 Strong functional HR expertise in Organizational Design, Performance Management, Employee
Engagement, Coaching and Development
 Excellent all level communication skills
 Ability to serve as a trusted business and HR advisor and build partnerships at all levels of the
organization and has confidence in coaching and influencing senior management
 Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Real Estate and/or the General Contracting
