Human Resources/Health and Safety Generalist

Our Human Resources Solutions team is seeking an HR professional with well-rounded experience in all areas of Human Resources and Health and Safety, to support the Firm’s vision of integrated services through responsive, high quality service to the firm’s employer clients.  Regular travel to client workplaces and ability to work from a suitable home office is required.

Duties:

1. Daily, direct interaction with multiple clients, answering inquiries and questions via phone, video chat, email and in-person.
2. Performs on-site HR and Health & Safety services, including workplace investigations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and discipline.
3. Creates customized and comprehensive recommendations and solutions for each unique client workplace.

• Have experience working in human resources (Ontario legislation). Health & Safety experience beneficial
• Have completed the Human Resources Management certificate program or equivalent
• Have a related designation or willingness to obtain
• Are energized by multiple people interactions (in-person, phone, email, and video)
