Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who is a strong team player and can lead RxSource’s strategic initiatives while supporting our employee culture. The successful candidate will have experience providing guidance to our senior leadership team as a business partner along with the ability to execute independently on HR priorities. This is a work from home opportunity (with occasional office visits) supporting a global team of 50 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a gap analysis of current HR practices, policies, processes and provide recommendations to ensure they align with our business strategy . Specific focus areas include performance review, remuneration strategy, organizational structure and recruiting.
  • Driving employee engagement through different initiatives such as corporate communications, town halls, corporate events and other methods. Responsible for measuring engagement through pulse surveys, organization health surveys and other employee feedback
  • Make recommendations for improvement to ensure ongoing compliance with legislative requirements for our global team (i.e. Human Rights Code, Employment Standards, Health and Safety and personal data laws)
  • Ensure practices and procedures are maintained for the confidential storage and security of all employee files and other related information
  • Oversee and administer the employee performance review program and scheduling, including support for managers, coaching and feedback to staff
  • Manage and advise on staff relations matters (incidents, investigations, Health and safety etc.)
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process including consulting with hiring manager, reviewing job descriptions and accountabilities up to and including onboarding    
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding including data management, task management, auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Manage all benefit programs globally
  • Acting as a point of contact for HR related employee inquiries
  • Other projects, tasks and assignments as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar senior role
  • CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation is considered an asset
  •  HR Diploma or Degree from a recognized College or University or equivalent working experience
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario labor legislation along with the ability to interpret and understand HR related legislation in different countries where we have employees
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly and effectively
  • High level of business acumen, problem solving, negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office suites and CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work within different global time zones
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
